With a 9.0 out of 10 ratings The Witcher Wild Hunt 3 is one of the best game yet.

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt is the third and last game detailing the story of Geralt of Rivia. The Story has always been one of The Witcher’s strongest areas, and it doesn’t disappoint in its third installment. More than ever, the tale feels intimately intertwined with the original books as Geralt follows the trails of two women who have been lost to him for years, his lover Yennefer and his Ward Ciri who is being chased by the otherworldly Wild Hunt.

Witcher 3 does an excellent job of initiating anyone new to the franchise. You are immediately introduced to Geralt’s closest relationships, and past stories are recapped in several ways with full dynamic light and shadow effects throughout the game world, generating a superior atmosphere and ambiance. Stunning detailed, realistic locations through a significant increase in polygon numbers deep role-playing experience through visually attractive, film-like presentation.

For what it’s worth playing for is its Witcher Senses system bringing new tactical depth to combat complexity based on a variety of actions at the player's disposal, not on the correct attack sequencing. Combating monsters, each with their own lore, posing unique hunting challenges and responding to changes in the environment and a unique, deep, consistent and expansive game world 35 times larger than that in The Witcher 2 that is shaped by the player's decisions, but which, left to itself, goes on living with realistic day and night cycle also a dynamic weather system.

To facilitate all this exploration, Geralt is more mobile than in any previous game, climbing rock walls, swimming through underwater caves, taking to horseback, and hopping in boats and a living economy the new in-game economy system varies the price of goods based on surrounding conditions or their place of origin relative to Geralt's current whereabouts in the world: the price of fish might differ depending on distance from water, and a village lying on a trade route for trappers and hunters might have many tanneries and leather workers, affecting the price of crafting components and armor.
